Probably a different location but the raw water path is the same. Note the hose coming from the raw water pump at top left/center of photo going into the bottom of the heat exchanger. The bottom of this hose that is connected to the raw water pump impeller delivers all fragments of a destroyed impeller straight to the bottom of the heat exchanger.
