I'm sanding the brightwork down to bare wood and will be painting all the wood trim a burgundy color one part polyurethane from Pettit, "Brightwork brown" is no longer available the burgundy is the same color that Driftwood used for their brightwork, gives a red stained mahogany look.
The next step will be to resurface the decks with light beige color KiwiGrip.
After our last Newporter "Grace" it's nice to have a boat that can actually leave the dock and go sailing!! Leprechaun is much further along, all the systems have been gone through and were refurbished properly, much better than I could have ever done.
Starting cosmetic refit on Leprechaun.
